Who We Are

Legal Services NYC-Bronx is a not-for-profit law firm that is dedicated to assisting poor residents of the Bronx protect their legal rights.  The firm’s lawyers, legal assistants, and support staff have years of experience helping Bronx residents with all sorts of legal problems.  We help Bronx residents by representing them in various courts (Housing, Family, Federal, State, and Tax) and in administrative proceedings before numerous government agencies. We can also give advice about your particular situation, even if no legal case yet exists or if you are just thinking about starting a law suit.  Sometimes we can give this advice over one of our telephone hotlines.  If you have a large enough group of people interested in the same subject, we can make a presentation which gives information about a legal issue.

Legal Services NYC-Bronx is part of a network of local programs that make up Legal Services NYC.  Legal Services NYC-Bronx, along with the other Legal Services NYC offices, has the capacity to respond to legal needs that may be particular to a group of people or a neighborhood.
